Where is my order?

As soon as your order is received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. One your order has been processed and prepared by Schnell Studio, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking number.

I received my order and want to return it. How do I do that?

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. ALL merchandise must be unworn, with tags, and in the original condition. ALL EXCHANGES, SALE ITEMS, AND LOCAL PICKUPS ARE FINAL SALE. 

I received my order and I want to exchange it. Can I do that?

Yes, you may exchange your purchase for another size or style of equal value. All Local Pickups are FINAL SALE.

Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?

Yes, customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges.

How many days do I have to return my order?

All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. No exceptions are permitted.

Can I return any item?

All prints, posters, local pickups, and sale items are final sale.

I received incorrect or damaged merchandise. What should I do?

Contact Schnell Studio immediately at SchnellStudioArt@gmail.com. Schnell Studio must be contacted within 48 hours of arrival to be granted exchange or return.

I am a Wholesaler that received incorrect or damaged merchandise. What should I do?

I returned my item and have not received a store credit. What should I do?

As soon as your item arrives back to Schnell Studio, you will receive a confirmation email on the address you used to checkout.

I chose Local Pickup at checkout, when and where do I pickup my order?

Local Pickups will be held once a week in New Orleans at a participating Schnell Studio Stockist location. Schnell Studio will contact you to arrange both a day and time for pickup.

I have not received my order, but my tracking number states a status of delivered. What should I do?

Unfortunately, Schnell Studio is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Customers must willingly shop at their own risk. Once a tracking number has a status of delivered, all claims must be filed by the customer with the provided delivery service.

What does Pre-Order mean?

Pre-orders are items that are currently in production. There will be a larger than normal wait time for your order to arrive, but Schnell Studio will provide a time estimation of completion upon request.

Can I exchange, cancel or return a Pre-Order?

All pre-orders are treated as regular orders. STORE CREDIT and EXCHANGE ONLY are granted 7 days from the time your pre-order arrives to you. All requested and approved cancellations require a 25% restocking fee, shipping is non-refundable.

I want to carry your line in my boutique. How do I go about this?

Can you customize a print, poster, or apparel for me? 

Yes, Schnell Studio is currently accepting custom orders for prints, posters, and apparel.
